How often?
NFPA 96 sets cleaning frequency by cooking volume, from monthly to once a year. Your fire marshal or insurer may set your schedule. We'll help you stay on it.
Fire safety note: Kitchen exhaust cleaning is one part of a complete fire safety maintenance program. Our cleaning follows the guidelines of NFPA 96. Cleaning reduces grease buildup but cannot guarantee against fire.
